What We Collect
Your Discord id, username and avatar, and whether you are in the Afflatus server. Everything you create: every brain-dump (including unsaved ones), specs, code, backtests and agent teams. Usage events. Sign-in tokens (stored hashed). If you add an API key, the key (encrypted) and usage counts.
Who Processes It
Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and sandboxed backtests), Discord (sign-in). When you use your own Claude, your prompts go to Anthropic under your own agreement with Anthropic; Afflatus only receives the tool calls.
Who Can See Your Work
Kingdom Portfolios can access what is stored on Afflatus to run, secure and support the service. We will not use, share or sell your algos, or use them in our own trading, without your separate written consent. Every staff view of a private algo is logged. Operations access (service accounts and backups) exists to run the service. Research use of your private work needs a separate opt-in.
Deletion
Delete your account and your profile, ideas, algos, teams and keys are deleted within 30 days; backups roll off within 35.
